Chinese matcha is made from fresh Sencha green loose tea leaves that are stone-ground into powder. This particular variety is great for smoothies and baking and is packed with antioxidants. Matcha green tea is delicious hot or cold.

Preparing a cup of Matcha Green Tea:
- measure matcha green tea into cup (1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz)
- cover with 1-2 inches warm water
- whisk until smooth
- top with steamed or cold milk
