Shipping and Tracking Orders
We offer fast same-day shipping on all orders. Get FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more.
To check the status of an order, please have your USPS tracking number sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. Visit USPS.com and enter your confirmation number.
USPS label numbers are emailed 1 to 2 business days from the time of your order placement.
Please email drink@TucsonTea.com if you have not received your label number within the above timeframe.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Tucson Tea Company customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us with any questions or problems. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning a non-food item, it must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order.
