Shipping and Tracking Orders
We offer fast same-day shipping on all orders. Shipping is free on orders of $89 or more.
To see the status of your order, please check the USPS tracking number that was included in your confirmation email from the address drink@tucsontea.com. Visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number. If you can't find your confirmation email in your inbox, please send us an email and we will be happy to look it up for you.
All orders are fulfilled same day and shipped via USPS. Label numbers are emailed automatically when your order is processed. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as most orders are fulfilled immediately. We cannot change an address after the parcel has been picked up by the post office and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping information.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Tucson Tea Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order or if you received an incorrect item. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
We accept returns of non-consumable goods within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning a non-food item, it must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order.
